This was my first service appointment on my new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. Had it in for a recall/software update. Was greeted by Austin in the service department. I had forgotten to add a couple things when I originally set up the appointment, so asked to add them when I was there. Austin got those services added & had me checked in about 5 minutes. A shuttle ride to and from home to pick the vehicle up later in the day really did make this painless. Great attitude, great service and efficient. Really appreciate that, especially in todays' climate.

Rebecca kept me up-to-date consistently throughout the whole process, and I was advised from the beginning that it would be a while, ( it took 45 days for the repairs to be done due to the fact that there was an extended warranty involved.) I have to say that overall the experience was positive.
