Best car buying experience I have ever had. They went above and beyond without me asking they found extra discounts on the car I was not aware of. I had fusion surgery a month before and could not travel to the dealership. They brought the car to me and took my trade, which they provided a great trade-in value. Highly recommend this dealership. I bought a work truck from Tonkin dodge in Milwaukee. Dianna Rodriguez was able to find the truck, answer all of my questions about it, send me videos of it, arrange a meeting to see it, and eventually have it delivered to my house over an hour away. Dave the manager was a straight shooter and made me a great deal as well. Everyone was great to work with from beginning to end. Fast easy process. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Bought a brand-new wrangler from this dealer. The car started having trouble, especially an electronic ticking noise from day 2 of ownership. The car was in the shop for 90+ consecutive days. I have been going to Jeep dealership for my oil changes since I bought my jeep renegade however, this one is the worst as right after they did my oil change, they must have either did something wrong to damage something because soon after this oil change, I had an oil leak. Just moved to Oregon from New Jersey and chose Ron Tonkin as my Portland dealer for service for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I couldn’t be happier with their Express Lane service advisor Jonathan Plumb. He went over and above to take care of our needs and provide us with excellent customer service. We tried to call the other dealer in Portland called Time Chrysler Dodge, but they never answered their phone. Clearly not a good sign. Dexter picked me up from the airport since I was an out of state buyer. Got me to the dealership and was able to quickly process the purchase. They even found another 2k rebate to apply to my truck purchase, so big win there! Clean, organized and professional.
My battery replacement showed $97 extra on the service invoice than the price at the parts department. I am still trying to get a paper document stating how many months the battery should last, length of free replacement, and % of amortization for each year for the new battery.
Updated 11/08/24: Terry Bryan called me and listened to my concerns. I left the dealership without battery warranty papers. Jose was told the service invoice was all that was available. Ron Tonkin has treated me well over the years. I have bought 3 or 4 vehicles from them. This was a recall item that they replaced the high pressure fuel pump.

Company truck with no heat/AC/ defrost,dropped off early morning,had a diagnosis later in the day, unfortunately part wasn't in stock,they were going to call around locally,guessing not available so had to order one . The service writer was professional and very nice. He said the waiting time would be an hour or so. It was less than an hour. The waiting room was clean and coffee was good. Very pleased with their service in Milwaukee.

I had several service related and one tire replacement questions for Gabriel. He listened patiently, took notes and then when I had finished he asked a couple of questiond. He did some quick research then answered all of my questions. I am confident with his answers. When service was complete the service staff explained aspects of their tire program that I should have known. All is all, an excellent experience at a fair price.
